The Käfer Group is now the new catering partner in the two Lufthansa First Class Lounges and in the First Class Terminal at Frankfurt Airport.
HON Circle Members and First Class guests can look forward to first-class products, fresh preparation and personal hospitality. The exquisite à la carte service, together with a buffet, leaves nothing to be desired. Selected wines, champagnes and high-quality beverage brands complete the offer. And those in a hurry can take advantage of the Quick Menu, which is available all day. For Käfer, a company steeped in tradition, the absolute freshness of the food is always a top priority. Every two months, the menu is supplemented with new components or surprises with seasonal promotions: From meat and fish dishes to pasta and vegetarian and vegan dishes, a varied selection is available.
Käfer uses its network of suppliers, which has grown over many years, and the experience of the best chefs. The company prefers to work with small, regional producers who meet the high standards of exclusivity, quality and sustainability.
As in all other divisions, the Käfer sustainability initiative also takes effect at the Frankfurt site, including responsible use of resources through efficient energy management, waste avoidance and digitalization, strict sustainability requirements in purchasing, as well as diversity and employee responsibility.
