Thailand: Lufthansa further increases capacity in Bangkok with Airbus A380 operation starting October 2017
Thailand has once again proven to be one of the most important growing markets within the Lufthansa Group network. As of 29 October 2017, Lufthansa will be operating daily an Airbus A380 between Bangkok and Frankfurt, replacing the existing Boeing 747-400 for the winter timetable.
Starting from Friday 3 March 2017, Swiss International Air Lines (SWISS) is operating the flagship aircraft Boeing 777-300ER on a daily basis between Singapore and Zurich. By replacing Airbus A340-300 entirely, SWISS has increased capacity on this route to meet market demands.
