Employment agreements were concluded concerning a number of subjects. The continued evolution in this area is ensured. The Medical Services and occupational safety provide comprehensive advice to employer and employee representations, for example in the context of implementing legal requirements or concluding collective agreements. They represent the employee representations in numerous health-related committees of the different Lufthansa companies.
