Pure relaxation

Five new lounges in the new satellite buildings

A roof terrace, panorama windows and a bar with a view of the airfield: Lufthansa customers will soon be able to bridge the time until their flight in a particularly pleasant ambience. First and Business Class passengers and HON Circle members, Senators and Frequent Travellers will have access to a total of five new lounges with a total area of over 4,000 square metres from the opening of the new satellite building on April 26, 2016. Thus, Lufthansa is doubling its lounge offer in Munich once again. All lounges are located in the central area of the new building and are easily and quickly accessible for customers.

First Class Lounge

The new First Class Lounge with an area of approx.1,000 square metres is situated on the top level. First Class passengers and HON Circle members can relax here in a luxurious atmosphere. As the world's first lounge in the Lufthansa network, guests can benefit from a spacious roof terrace. Comfortable couches and a spectacular view of the apron invite you to linger a while. In addition, the lounge features a range of sleeping and working areas, a bar area, exclusive bathrooms and a separate cigar lounge. A gourmet restaurant offers à la carte menus as well as a quality buffet. A separate passport control in the lounge provides for a comfortable entry and exit. If a flight departs or arrives from an apron location, a limousine service brings you directly into the First Class Lounge or the aircraft.

Senator and Business Lounges

The Senator and Business Lounges on the non-Schengen level offer a special treat: A bar with bartender extends along the panoramic window across both lounges which, besides hot and cold drinks, serves specialty coffees and cocktails. At the buffet, the famous Munich Senator Lounge warm meat loaf with pretzels and potato salad is just as present as regularly changing hot dishes or a hearty breakfast in the morning. Business Lounge guests can enjoy a sojourn in a bistro area where armchairs invite rest and relaxation. At over 3,000 square metres, the Senator and Business lounges also offer separate work areas, a TV area and comfortable shower rooms.
